Man looks for something to keep him busy as if he were created without a purpose or a job. If man knew the wisdom of his creation, he would never reach for anything of this dunya. The Disciples asked for a table from Heavens as if everything they were eating was not from Heavens. But Man is "ظَلُومًا جَهُولًا - unjust and ignorant" (33:72). Through the funny example of "My Cats", Mawlana shows how man can learn, if he wants, even from a cat. A cat exists through the love of its owner, and knows its priorities and does not waste its time.

When Mawlana was watching the uprisings in the Arab countries, he was supporting the people and feeling very sorry for them. This is true for Tunisia, Egypt, Yemen, the Sunni uprising in Iraq and definitely for Syria. For a whole week now Turkey has been facing something of the same kind. Mawlana is following the news closely. On Thursday, after Fajr prayer, Mawlana gave this important sohbat that explains the understandings, or rather the misunderstandings, of the 21st century that lead to such events. Mawlana gave the title for this sohbat, "Avaracilarin Yolu - The Idlers' Way"

Earthly power is useless if power from the heavens is cut-off. Heavenly support is needed in every moment. Allāh Almighty grants a holy power through Bismi Llāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm. It is the power station for everything. Life is limited therefore O People, seek spiritual not material gain. The Prophet ﷺ advises Muslims to remember death and after-death but the Wahhābī dishonour the ummah by destroying the graves of those most cherished by Muslims. There is wisdom in visiting their graves. Conscionable people reject false ways. Muslims must not be cheated but be given true belief and true ways.
