Then, how can you ever get sad? "فَاذْكُرُونِي أَذْكُرْكُمْ وَاشْكُرُوا لِي وَلَا تَكْفُرُونِ - So remember Me; I will remember you. And be grateful to Me and do not deny Me."(2:152) Every prophet came to dress his nation with Divine dresses. The Prophet sas preferred the dress of servant-hood to that of sultanate. O Man know the value of what you have been granted and keep it.

Al Jazeera channel was preparing a program about "Islam in Cyprus" and asked to meet with Mawlana. Mawlana accepted. In order to avoid getting him tired, we asked them not to burden Mawlana with questions or with a long meeting, they promised and gracefully kept their promise.
The interview proceeded to flow naturally after this with Mawlana giving them a taste of the love, wisdom, and hope, which characterizes his message. The camera crew responded with love and happiness. The whole interview was short but sweet and beautiful. The TV crew left asking for permission to return and sit again another time in the presence of Mawlana.

Ask and You Are Given

Prophet (sas) says," ادبني ربي - My Lord has taught me Adab." How can one learn Adab? "اسْأَلْ بِهِ خَبِيرًا - ask the one who is well-informed." (25:59) If you want to have Adab, follow the ones who have it. "إنما بُعِثتُ لِأُتمم مكارِمَ الأخلاق - I was sent to perfect the best of manners". It is important to teach Man what makes him a Man. Then he will know what to ask for and Who to seek. " معرفةُ الله - Ma'rifatullah" is the door to Maqamu r-Rida and Maqamu l-Khilafah. For the one sacrificing himself on the Way of Allah the address is, O My servant, "إِسأل تُعطى - Ask And You Are Given".
