Haji Fadia, more than 30-year murid from Lebanon, after fajr prayer, asked Mawlana an important question. She said that many brothers and sisters continue with whatever bad habits they have, such as smoking, drinking, etc. and if they are criticized, they give the argument, "If Allah wants me to change, He would have changed me. If Allah wants me to leave this habit, He would have made me leave it. I am only a follower of the Divine will and schedule." Mawlana answered this critical point in the clearest, simplest and most conclusive way." As You Have Seduced Me - بما أغويتني".

After Fajr prayer, Mawlana asked Haji Fadia, an old mureed from Lebanon, about the position of Druze in Lebanon and said that they have a quality that he admires very much. Mawlana also explained that each nation has its unique, distinctive qualities, "For Each Is a Direction toward Which It Faces - وَ لِكُلٍّ وِجْهَةٌ هُوَ مُوَلِّيهَا" and the dangers of becoming cosmopolitan.

Mawlana warns us to stop getting 'drunk' running after pleasing our physical desires. Our ego (donkey) is not going to be allowed into the Divine Presence in eternal life. We should be learning about our heavenly aspects, what our Creator has granted to us from His favors for eternity.

The Shari’at maintains both: the unity of the Ummah (the nation) and the diversity of its subjects. All materialist ideologies, however, whether it's democratic, socialist or whatever you want to call it, with its lack of spirituality and the absence of the Divine, can never give meaning, value or perspective to the diversity of humanity; and therefore the spread of political unrest and social chaos everywhere.
