In the Holy Qur’ān, Allāh ﷻ says He ﷻ created every living thing from water and gave life through it. Water gives physical life to all things and spiritual life to believers, as through wuḍū’ and ghusl they stand clean in the presence of Allāh ﷻ. This pure water descends from the sky as a great blessing and a mercy. We must honour it, keep it clean, and thank Allāh ﷻ so that barakah and spiritual life come to us, in shā’a Llāh.
